Alarms workflow

We aimed to create the first alarm configuration tool and monitoring platform for the alarm events running on the cloud.

Target audience

We identified two primary target audiences. The first was technical engineers with knowledge of the product lines and devices. The second was everyone interested in what was happening with the product lines and devices.

Scope

Enterprise software running on the cloud with a responsive design.

My role

I was the UX designer on this project. I led the interviews with stakeholders and users. I created wireframes and lo-fi mockups, tested them, and iterated them. Then, I created hi-fi mockups and prototypes, tested them, and iterated them again. Finally, I helped developers develop the software.

Team collaboration

I worked with stakeholders, product managers, users, and developers.

Tools used

Whiteboard, AdobeXD, Axure

Gateways workflow

We aimed to create the first device configuration tool and monitoring platform for gateways and devices running on the cloud, such as controllers and drives.

Target audience

We identified two primary target audiences. The first were technical engineers with knowledge of the product lines and devices, and the second were engineers from our customers using the platform.

Scope

Enterprise software running on the cloud with a responsive design.

Gateways workflow was showcased with Microsoft at Hannover Messe in 2019. It was an honor for me to see the product that I designed on the stage and meet a lot of interesting people.

Data integration

We aimed to create an application that would restore historical data stored in a blob to the database, allowing analysis of the data running on the cloud.

Target audience:

We identified a primary target audience: technical engineers who know the product line and data they are collecting.

Scope:

Enterprise software running on the cloud with a responsive design.

Out of Box Agent

OOB is an application running on the gateway device and allows users to configure the device and to monitor the health of the device.

Problem to solve
Users weren’t able to set up a new device. Based on the content of the reviews, we hypothesized that users were not aware of the steps required for the successful setup.

My role
I was responsible for determining the overall design direction of the project, while collaborating with the rest of the team on ideation.
